Our team of two research assistants and two summer interns has collectively reviewed and extracted data from 341 public service motivation survey-based articles. 

The most recent review focusing on PSM was published in 2016 and included PSM literature up to and including the year 2014. Our review will include all PSM literature published between 2015 to the present. This work will provide an up-to-date and comprehensive review on what factors (e.g., gender, age, religion) influence PSM and to learn more about how PSM influences various employment outcomes (e.g., satisfaction, turnover, burnout).
