71 Interviews Conducted with Alumni of Canadian Public Admin Programs
The life course analysis research team has completed 71 interviews with alumni of Canadian graduate programs in public administration/policy. The goal of these interviews was to explore career motivations, over a life-course.
The team is now planning the interpretive co-analysis phase of the project, where a subset of participants will have the opportunity to analyze their own transcript. This is a novel approach in the field of Public Service Motivation research and will help to enhance and refine the analytical framework that will be applied to the remaining interview transcripts.
