Research/professional experience: My research interest is gender diversity and inclusion at workplace. I explore the impact of communication media on women’s perception of inclusion in male-dominated teams in my master’s thesis. I am also working for other research projects regarding social inclusion in IS research and newcomers’ knowledge sharing behaviors online.

Hobbies/interests outside of work: Huiyan loves reading (e.g., philosophy, psychology), singing, working out, and also likes walking my little dog.
