Our projects aim to gain a greater understanding of what factors influence professional motivation in various employment settings. Our research spans across industries including healthcare, government, and non-profit. Employee motivation is critical at both the individual and organizational level. A motivated workforce can lead to increased performance, higher levels of job satisfaction, lower turnover rates, and a reduction in burnout. The research conducted at the lab will support the development of Human Resource practices which may help employers support individual employees, create positive work culture and cultivate a productive workforce.
Our team includes researchers from diverse backgrounds including public administration, human resources, psychology, information management and economics.
