We are delighted to announce that our research project proposal, “Employment Sector and Career Preferences Among Generation Z Youth in Canada, Germany, and Poland,” has been selected for funding by the Global Research Seed Fund Review Committee.

This project aims to explore the career aspirations and sector preferences of Generation Z youth across three distinct cultural and economic contexts: Canada, Germany, and Poland. By examining these perspectives, we hope to uncover valuable insights into how this generation navigates their entry into the workforce and what factors influence their career choices.

This support will enable us to initiate this important research, fostering international collaboration and contributing to a deeper understanding of the future workforce.
