Throughout her graduate studies, Lanxi have researched a variety of topics in workplace contexts, including motivation, job engagement, organizational culture, and burnout and strain. Her research interests focus on mental health in the workplace. Lanxi’s research and career goal would be to design and implement mental health intervention programs at workplaces.

Lanxi is a PhD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary’s University. She obtained my BSc Honours in Psychology at Cape Breton University.

Outside of work, Lanxi enjoys practicing yoga, watching movies, cooking, and hanging out with my cat ANOVA.
