Isabelle’s research areas include human resource management, new ways of working, employee motivation and retention, control and accountability in the public sector. Isabelle worked for 13 years as a Senior Policy Analyst in federal departments and agencies including the Privy Council Office, the Treasury Board Secretariat, Canadian Heritage, and Health Canada. 

Isabelle holds the a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Ottawa, and a B.A., Multidisciplinary degree from Laval University. 

Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys hiking, guitar, yoga, pilates, cooking .
