Progress on Public Service Motivation Realist Review: 341 Articles Completed

Our team of two research assistants and two summer interns has collectively reviewed and extracted data from 287 public service motivation survey-based articles. The most recent review focusing on PSM was published in 2016 and included PSM literature up to and including the year 2014.

71 Interviews Conducted with Alumni of Canadian Public Admin Programs

The life course analysis team has been working diligently to meet their goal of conducting 100 interviews with alumni of Canadian graduate programs in public administration/ policy. The goal of these interviews is to explore career motivations, over a life-course.
